Reminders:

-Nomination Meeting for 3 open Board Positions is August 22 at 10:00 am, if interested in running please let a Board member know.

- No Glass in the pool area, if the glass breaks and gets into the pool we will need to drain the pool to clean it, and others will not be able to use the pool until this is completed.

- Visitors are not permitted unless you are present, and all visitors must register at the office. If you have vistors with out you present they will be asked to leave.

Letter to Members - August 3, 2010

We hope that everyone has enjoyed their time this season in the park. The board has been working hard to make improvements to the park.
Here is a list of some of the projects that have been completed this year:
1) Larger Stone along Shore line
2) Stone Speed Bumps installed
3) Electrical rewiring in Brick House
4) New Solar Cover for the pool
5) Ceiling above Washer/Dryer repaired and redone
6) Floor of Rec Center was painted
7) Water to the docks
8) Additional Pool pump and filter was added to help keep pool cleaner
9) New Kids playground equipment
10) Improved the park entrance and Sign

You will notice that we have not increased the cost of your maintenance fees this coming year.

Attached to this letter is another proposed rule change that will be voted on during the September 5th members meeting. In order to approve the change 75% of the leaseholders (87 votes) need to approve the change. If you cannot attend the meeting, please return the attached Absentee ballot. You may have someone be your proxy as long as you put it in writing and have it signed.

We will be electing three new board members, one for a one-year term and two for three years. The two top vote getters will be our three-year members and the one with the third most votes will serve one year. Elections will be held on September 5th during the members meeting.

The park will be closing on October 17 this year.
